Mountain Lab RideSYNC SOLO Helmet Audio System

The RideSYNC SOLO gives you high-fidelity helmet audio for music, calls, and GPS—without the bulk of full comms gear. Designed for the solo rider who still wants connectivity, clarity, and performance across bikes, sleds, and off-road machines.

Why We Built It:

• Because even when you’re riding solo, you shouldn’t compromise on audio quality. Traditional helmet speakers often fall short in wind-noise, fit and clarity. So we engineered the RideSYNC SOLO with 40 mm HD speakers, advanced CVC echo cancellation and ANC background-noise suppression, to deliver clear sound in real-world riding environments..
• Because helmets vary—open face, full face, sled-gear, dirt bikes—the mounting and speaker fit needed to be adaptable. RideSYNC SOLO is compatible across these helmet types.
• Because riders carry less gear but expect more function. With Bluetooth v5.2, USB-C charging, and a runtime of ~6.5 hours, we matched connectivity with endurance.

Testing & Real-Use Scenarios:

• Tested on snowmobile decks, motorcycles and ATVs in wind, vibration, cold and snow spray. We confirmed the microphone and speaker modules maintained clarity under wind noise and helmet fit shifts.
• Bench-tested for Bluetooth connectivity in dense terrain (trees, ridgelines) to ensure audio and call reliability when your phone is tucked away.
• Run through cold starts and glove operation – buttons and controls were validated for cold-weather comfort and helmet glove accessibility.

When You'll Get Full Value Out of It:

• When you ride solo but still want audio: Music, GPS directions or hands-free calls without installing full intercom systems.
• When your helmet is your cockpit: Whether you’re on a snowmobile, ATV, dirt bike or street bike—this system keeps you connected while the machine is moving.
• When clarity and durability matter: If you’ve experienced tinny helmet sound or failed comms because of wind or cold, this is the upgrade.
• When you want simple install and flexible use: Strap it in, mount the speakers, pair your device—and you’re ready to ride.
