The waterproof Rock Flex™ 900 shell handles rain; the Free-Air™ 360° mesh jacket handles heat; the quilted insulated liner handles cold. Each layer zips solidly into the next.
Protection doesn't change with the configuration. Vault™ Web CE level 1 armor covers shoulders and elbows in both jackets. The CE level 2 back protector moves between layers depending on how you're riding. 360° reflective trim, waterproof pockets, and Sure Fit™ adjusters on the sleeves and waist: a jacket built for long seasons, not a single weather window.

In variable conditions, ride the shell alone with armor in the outer pockets. When the temperature drops, zip the liner into the mesh jacket without moving the armor. The CE level 2 back protector fits the dedicated pocket in both jackets — center it against your spine before every ride.
