Return and exchange policy
Merchandise marked »FINAL SALE and CLEARANCE», heated clothing, underwear, swimsuits and thermal or merino wool stockings cannot be refunded or exchanged. (Refer to the product sheet to find out the condition of the product)
Otherwise, for other products, return and exchange is possible and accepted, provided that the customer still has the original invoice within 15 days from the date of purchase and returns the product in new condition and in its original packaging with store labels.
Here are the steps to follow if you wish to return your product.
Return procedure
- Write an email to info@sportsdrc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you the procedure to obtain your return voucher.
- The cost of using the return voucher is $10.00 plus tax, and will be deducted when your original order is refunded.
- If you want another item or another size, simply place a new order immediately on the website. This way you will ensure the availability of your new item.
- Items marked «oversized item» are not eligible for the $10 return voucher and is entirely at the customer’s expense and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Not applicable in certain remote areas.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
**For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged such as thermal stockings, heated clothing, helmets, goggles and wetsuits.
Additional Information
- Sports DRC is not responsible for any loss or damage related to returned packages. Also, we suggest that you insure your package with the carrier. We cannot reimburse damaged items.
- All clearance products are final sales and cannot be returned, manufacturer’s defects are acceptable if returned in the 15 days window.
- Payments made on the boutique.sportsdrc.com website are secure and under no circumstances will we share your personal information.
Used or Damaged Merchandise
- Any merchandise that has already been worn is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to try on your boots and helmets indoor before making your first trip outdoor.
- Parts and accessories already installed on a vehicle cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise showing signs of use (smell, hair, etc.) will not be refunded.
Instructions for Helmets and Clothing
- Clothing must be returned in their original packaging with the original tags. The plastic bag protects the item in the box, so it must also be returned with the product.
- Helmets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
