CKX Atlas Carbon Byway

CKX Atlas — The adventure helmet built to adapt faster than the terrain

Fully designed in-house by CKX for adventure riding, the Atlas delivers exceptional visibility, unmatched modularity, and comfort that adapts to your pace. Featuring a panoramic photochromic shield, a pivoting and removable chin bar, and an extendable multi-position peak, you can modify the configuration in seconds—no tools needed. Whether you ride pavement, gravel, or rugged trails, the Atlas is ready for every adventure without compromise.

Inspired by the proven performance of CKX winter helmets (Titan, Mission), the Atlas strikes the perfect balance between protection, ventilation, and versatility, exceeding the requirements of both ECE 22.06 and DOT certifications. Whether you explore, ride enduro, or spend most of your time on paved roads, the Atlas is engineered to follow you everywhere.

Key Features

Panoramic Interchangeable Shield

The panoramic shield provides an exceptional field of vision and can be worn and closed over CKX 210° goggles*. Thanks to its ratchet mechanism, it can be removed or replaced without tools, offering lightning-fast adaptation to changing weather or terrain.

Pivoting and Removable Chin Bar

Unique to CKX, the lowered chin bar delivers maximum airflow, ideal for slower technical segments or high-effort riding. Opening the chin bar also improves your downward and close-range visibility for better control in demanding environments.

Extendable Multi-Position Peak

With 6 adjustment positions across 2 axes, the peak allows you to create personalized shade zones, even while riding. Its aerodynamic design reduces drag at high speed and can also be used as a deflector against dust or debris.

Patented Push-Button Mechanism

The exclusive CKX push-button system allows fast removal of the peak and shield—always tool-free. Few adventure helmets match this level of versatility.

No-Compromise Protection

The Atlas meets the stringent ECE 22.06 standard and DOT certification thanks to its optimized shell structure, impact management, and shield designed to protect from debris and wind.

Perfect Compatibility with 210° Goggles

Engineered to work seamlessly with CKX 210° goggles, the Atlas provides a wide, unobstructed field of vision, secure fit, and superior airflow when used in goggle mode.

*CKX 210° goggles sold separately.
